Presbytery's Committee has prepared a series of sheets containing the relevant part of the Report for each Instruction and Commendation congregations are required to consider this year.

The sheets shall be printed and distributed to each congregation. In addition, they are available for download by clicking here.

The downloaded file contains all the sheets for the instructions and 6 commendations, as follows:

Each page is located on the right or left hand side of an A4 sheet (an ordinary sized piece of paper). This will allow you to print off the sheets in A5 size (half an ordinary sheet of paper) and to print the relevant pages back-to-back where the text runs onto a second side. For that reason, pages 3, 5 and 9 appear to the left of the sheet and all other pages appear to the right.
